Absa is bad news

Our bank were frozen due to fica documents, and we struggle to get it open. After 21 days they open it for 10 days and now it is locked again. All dokumentation were submitted and I have lock a call with the complain department aswell. It just seem that they don't care at all. The workers could only get salaries on the 21st of July and now again they can't get paid due to someone not doing there job and don't care that you can't pay your bills, buy electricity, put petrol to go to work or buy food, absa is bad news, we wanted to close our account with them but we can't do this aswell due to the account that is frozen. I even send emails to the broker and his supervisor with no luck. They don't even answer the phone calls any more.
