Absa processed a vehicle finance loan deduction three times in five weeks off my account. I have queried it three times and have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. Absa is ***********, opportunistic and does not care about their clients. It is a nightmare getting through to lodge a complaint. Absa does not have a toll free number (as per the consultant who finally answered) so I had to pay for a 20 minute call to ask Absa to resolve a problem they created. Processing an unauthorised deduction is *****, so Absa committed *****.
