Absa is ALWAYS Off line!!

Again i went to ABSA to try and update my cellphone number on my internet banking for receiving TPN codes. Like usual ABSA were offline and they tell me to come back to the branch another time. This is now the second time they were offline on a Saterday. ABSA in comparison with FNB and Standardbank is so outdated and i wonder when they will upgrade their computers, software and staff. I said in the past i want to change from ABSA to ANY other bank, NOW i will change because i cant struggle week after week with something so simple and still pay bank costs to a Bank that doesn't value their costumers.
