Absa is adding insurance on your behalf although we did send proof of insurance. Now i have a bad credit report and Absa owe me a total of R18000 of insurance deducted

I keep getting calls that mt car is in arrears. a few weeks later i receive a letter from insurance company that ,y vehicle is now added and i am liable. i have the original proof of insurance on the day i bought my car. i send proof insurance every time i am asked to do so. but nothing is being done about this. i want someone from ABSA(who can do something regarding this) To re instate me in full for all the ******* installments over the past years and clear my name. I have proof of over R18000 of insurance deducted .
