ABSA IS ACCUSING ME OF THE CAR I DON'T KNOW

Hi can i stay anonymous i have a problem with Absa Bank they send me Court orders they said i bought thier car ******** yet i don't know anything about their car. Absa Bank financed someone everything was done online each and every paper says that person. The financed person got the car on December last year unfortunately he didn't per his vehicle installment as agreed until April 2026. In April ***** was done whereby the vehicle was charged from Absa bank to my name as a new owner without my concern and Absas concern on Natis system. Can someone please assist because now Absa is disturbing me emotionally and financially since it keeps on sending me summons and traveling expenses to high court Pretoria, i have already attended high court and now they want me attend the next month yet they know the person they financed can someone please assist me with this matter i have 2 summons delivered by Sheriff to my place in that documents
