Absa is a waste of time for SMEs

i do not understand why we even waste our time with useless banks like Absa. Simple account confirmation letter is a hustle whilst other banks provide this service at a mouse click away. no time to stand in a queue at the Bank for a letter i was told telephonically it will not be immediately available. Advise to other SME's is to use an alternative bank not these **** nuts.

Reviewer Update
As per our telephonic conversation, I visited the Glen and Southgate and both branches told me there is no banker to assist. I was told at Southgate that the banker was at Alberton so if i urgently need the account confirmation letter, I should go there.
How does one ran around for a business account confirmation letter?
I finally resulted to getting a bank statement stamped which was accepted by my client.
