Absa is a *****

I will never bank with Absa again and I do not recommend anyone else should. My car is financed with them, they send me a notification 2 years later that I need to provide proof of car insurance. How did they approve the finance in the first place??

I sent the proof, but Absa decides WITHOUT my authorisation to deduct an extra R2000 onto my monthly debit order since October 2018. They are *******! Who gave permission to take my money??

I was totally inconvenienced and want every cent owed to me paid back! I have had uninterrupted car insurance from the day my car was taken out of the dealership.
