Absa is a *****!!!

I have a premium account which I pay R190 monotheism fee. I have to pay another stupid fee called internet/ digital trans fee every month. Whenever I ask the bank they just dismiss me and say I must check my bank statement for breakdown of fees. There is no breakdown of any stupid internet fee on my statement. Absa *****s from poor people.
