Absa is a terrible bank to deal with

Absa bank is terrible on service and freeze your account without warning you. They don't even give you your money back from your own account. There so called bank managers don't even call back and we have to run after them to get things done and it's a business account on top of all. I've been with absa for almost 20 years and missing the first few years with them they had good working for them. I think they all moved to FNB cause the service there is the best. ABSA you suck in customer service from your branch level right threw to your telephone support.
