ABSA IS A SOUR LOOSER, BECAUSE THEY HAVE LEGAL TEAM THEY WANT TO FORCE TO PAY CHARGES THEY CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW IT ADDS UP TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT.....YOU ARE JUST BITTER YOUR R99 CASH *** IS RUNNING AWAY

Since 2017 Absa is busy harassing me by moving my file from one debt collector to another BUT they are unable to explain to me the breakdown of what I am owing.

I just see ABSA as a sour looser, who is quick to flexi their muscles against their clients without proper communication.

ABSA says I am owing them over R8,000 in banking fees accumulated in 6 months- till this day, no one wants to give line by line transactions that makes up the over R8,000 total in transfer fees.

Because ABSA is BIG and I am small thing that they can crush with their legal team all they do is send me with these arrogant debt collectors who cannot explain the background of the case all they want is the money....I refuse to be bul**** by ABSA.

Until ABSA is interested to give me line by line bank charges transactions that adds up to over R8,000 then we can start the negotiations.

Please ABSA if you want cooperation on my side, please listen to me- do not use your powers in a wrong way.

You are saying I am woing you over R8,000 in banking charges, accumulated over 6 months--then please provide me with a line by line transactions that adds up to this total amount.

I am not in agreement that banking charges can accumulate to R8,000 in 6 months when all the time that I was with you my bank charges were less than R500 per month- I think at this point you are bitter because one more cash *** of your R99 unauthorized debit orders has become wiser and left your bank before you reached your target and you want to make sure you use other means to collect the R99 debit orders.

You are very quick in closing unresolved cases......I guess it's performance scorecard.

How can you go ahead and close the matter without engaging the person who lodge the complaint?

The response I received from Daphne is very has the same tone in which has been using over the past two years.....which is "JUST PAY"

Daphne's response reads: "
Kindly note we have investigated the matter and our findings are as per the below:
- Your salary was last paid into the account on the 15-11-2017.
- Unpaid debit orders went through effective the 05-12-2019.
- You did not request for account to be closed and the balance accumulated due to fees and charges.
- You were contacted on the 27-07-2018 and advised that you will not pay the account.
- Account is currently with the OBS department, no fees and interest is charged on the account.
- You are liable for the balance as you were notified to cancel the debit orders with your creditors but never made any payment arrangements.
Please find attached statements for reference.

Hope the above is in order.
Regards

Again failing to explain to me how did charges come to over R8,000?

I have written a response to that email, of which she did not respond. She called me and when I asked the question she said unfortunately the file is no longer with ABSA so she will have to call me back and I am still waiting but here you are closing the complaint. Is that still your commitment to exceptional service?

The second email I wrote to Daphne this morning reads:

" Hi Daphne, I did not get a response on my last email where I'm seeking clarity on line by line bank charges transactions that makes up over R8,000.I did ask that if a debit order of R7,600 runs on an empty account , will I owe the bank R7,600 or the bank for a bounced debit order? How much is the charge for a bounced debit order. Please don't be selective in your answers, you can even respond in the body of this email with a different colour. From day 1 I've been telling ABSA that some of these debit are unauthorized, which is what made me leave ABSA in the first place. I did report this matter to the Ombudsman and ABSA did not contact me on the ruling by the Ombudsman. I don't appreciate the forceful manner in which ABSA is trying to get this money from me"

What are these Transaction & Admin fee charges that only after I have stopped using my account?

Do not rush in closing this matter
