ABSA is a Shady and Dodgey bank

I had a credit card I closed down PAID UP in 2008 after a divorce. I app**** for a credit card now and ABSA declined me 10 years later. I checked the bureau's and none of them show a credit card. Yet ABSA show's I had a credit card that I'm still owing on...WHAT THE HELL!! I paid that up and ABSA asks me 10 years later not 3 years later not 5 years later 10 YEARS later. For what? Does ABSA have telephone recordings from 10 years ago I want the recording of me closing my credit card. I demand it. Who keeps any documentation for 10 YEARS? Are you insane ABSA?

I want answers now. I'll be emailing everyone in ABSA including the CEO. You people are ****** shady!!!
