Absa is a **** stay away from it

So I cancelled my card because it was lost and ordered new one 3 weeks ago. I was promised that it only takes 3 days. I have been waiting. Instead I was charged 400 for digital fees on top of 200 of admin fees, 190 monthly fees, the list of charges is endless. Absa is really ******** people please stay away from it
