ABSA IS A ****

This bank is a ****. I sold my car and I had requested a settlement letter and while in the process of finalising the sale an instalment went through and that money fell through the cracks. They keep on saying someone will call to finalise the rebate till today 45 days later nothing. Instead the person I was dealing with throughout the process is becoming rude not giving me direct answers, now he doesn’t respond to my emails.
