Absa Is a **** and *************

Absa is undeniably the worst bank with Staff that dress like they at a party chilling and not dealing with people's personal finances and lively hoods as well as attitudes that the don't give a damn about your compliments or make u feel ur money is private or safe, On the 2nd of December I received funds to the amount of R5000 and and immediate charge of R3 300 went out????? I called and complained because I want my funds returned instead I was told that it was charges for depositing money into my account so basically I'm being charged to use my own account I was then told it would be escalated and I would receive a call within 3 to 5 days I still haven't received a word from absa and I don't know if I'm going to receive that call it is if one has to just accept that the money is gone in the wind my argument was that if they had any bank charges why did they not take it from previous amounts that was their why did they wait for a new month as well as new funds for them to subtract an enormous amount I cannot explain how much I dislike hate and not recommend this bank useless
