ABSA is a ****
About 2 weeks ago, I wrote a complain here. I was not satisfied about the level of service provided by ABSA. Someone by the name of dephne leGrange has promised to assist me and provided me with her contact details. She didn't assist me and she is not even answering my calls. While on the other side ABSA keep accumulating interest and penalties on my cheque account. Like I said, ABSA is a ****. on the other side, debt collectors cant stop phoning me.
