21 Apr 2021, 11:39Absa **** #17 - please be advised that you do not have a toll free number to contact you - you do not have competent staff or management. when the client needs help they have to call you and be placed on hold until your money runs out - they will not assist you or call you back. you have to BUY more money to contact a bank - and then they suck you dry with voice Prompts and putting you on hold. The Staff think the bank is a joke as they are laughing and DO NOT CARE.
BUT when ABSA wants to ***** your money - they have no problem calling and harassing you non stop - but they cannot call you when you need help - only when THEY NEED MONEY.
I will never refer; welcome or give any opportunity to any human being who is working at ABSA - Worked at ABSA - sadly I know that the employees that work there are morbidly depressed and unhappy working for a ******* company - but they are being treated like prisoners and dogs as well.
YOU ARE A DISGUSTING COMPANY WITH DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT - none of this is new to you - you know this and are aware of this - you just do not give a damn and want to ***** and fill your own pockets as much as possible - just as I was reliant on you for help - so too will you be reliant on me for help - and what you reap you will sow.
BUT when ABSA wants to ***** your money - they have no problem calling and harassing you non stop - but they cannot call you when you need help - only when THEY NEED MONEY.

1. are you going to have food that month or
2. are you going to look ONLY at your own statement or
3. Turn to crime due to the Corporate Entity of ABSA will crush your spirit and kill off the little moral soul you have left.
As too prove a point - again Nthabiseng Sibande - does not care about the company that puts her in her own small concertation camp - she was asked to respond to a "complaint" as per her direct line of *********** Managers. Let's keep chatting like this here as if you and I are Ex-*****s.
