Absa is a ripp off

Today i was charged almosr R100-00 by ABSA on my savings account for doing normal transactions. Administration fees, transactions fees, notification fees. Any description to rip you off and suck money out of your account. Whats the point of having an account with Absa ? And threy have a cheek to call it a "savings account " Its a ripp off account designed to get money out you. If you phone them they ask you a thousand questions to verify your existence and then put you through to a "complaints" dept who cut you off after you have said a word. So you have to phone back and the next idiot asks you the same questions again !!! And when you then ask them what the fees are, they dont know because they are so badly trained they dont have a clue. So they rurn the irritating music on to get rid of you. AND I AM PAYING FOR THIS ????
