Absa is a reall **** together with their Agents

This bank is one of the worst. I spoke to them about arrears on my car. The next thing, I was at a garage trying to put petrol then boom; two big guys from a tracking company stops me from putting petrol and start telling me they are taking my car for storage because of my arrears. They then say we drove the car to the place and I explained to them my situation and they sayy car will be kept for storage and won't move untill I pay. This one two days ago. Now I have the money to pay but now I am told my car was taken away to another storage over night and when I pay for my car, there are going to be legal and towing fees added to my account before they can release it . How can this be? Is like the bank does not want me to afford to get my car back and just go sell it at an auction for less. Then I remain indebted to them with no car and still have to pay th them back. Please assist to resolve this, they can't want to get money in such indecent way like this
