ABSA is a Raging Bull!

About a year ago, I wrote on this platform and gave Absa a 0ne Star Rating because of the sloppy business that they are doing with the customers. A year later, I am still stuck with the terrible service that they are giving me. I must please just add, that they did attend to the issue raised, very promptly and credited my account accordingly. I thought that would be the end of it all. No, they have just recycled the problem. My Medical Aid Debit order has again been returned unpaid. The reason is insufficient funds. My deposit of R1,000 to cover the medical aid premium of only R887,00 was ransacked with service fees and other ******* transactions such as Digital Transfer DT and Admin charges that took my account balance to a balance such that the R887 must be unpaid. Just destroying my banking confidence with GEMS, the Medical Aid, has made me decide to leave this institution. I cannot explain to GEMS, how little regard Absa has for my business transactions. I am fed up. I just have had enough of Absa up to now. I quit.
