ABSA is a ****, PLEASE STAY A WAY

I had two debit orders that went off my account on the 1st of July 2024 , but today the 2nd of July in the afternoon i got an sms that the two debit order were return and the money came back into my account , no my issues is that absa charges 150 for a fail debit order but I'm confused because last night the amounts left my account i called absa and they basically said i would be charged for the two "Bounce debit order" .I am so sick of ABSA if you are using ABSA please leave I'm planning on looking for an alternative bank
