Absa is a joke
Absolutely ridiculous service I have been trying to contact the finance department to query why I am paying insurance /maintenance on the behalf of third party all of a sudden for the last few months now I am paying an extra R1680 I have emailed for the past serval weeks and I still don’t have an answer I’ve called and get transferred from one operator to the next I would never in a life time recommend financing or even banking with absa I cannot express my frustration more !
