ABSA IS A JOKE
ABSA IS A JOKE. ABSA BLOEMFONTEIN IS USELESS. MY FATHER PASSED AWAY LAST YR JUNE AND ABSA STILL HAVE NOT FINALIZED HIS ESTATE. IF I DONT FOLLOW UP I DONT GET ANY FEEDBACK. EVEN WHEN I FOLLOW UP I DONT GET ANY FEEDBACK. ALL THEY DO IS LIE TO OUR FAMILY. I HAVE EMAILS AS PROOF THAT THEY ARE LYING. I AM BUILDING A CASE AGAINST THEM TO TAKE THEM TO COURT AND TO HAVE IT PUBLISHED IN NEWSPAPERS AND MAGAZINES.
Even the complaint department do not know how to solve a complaint. Already logged 2 and nothing came of it. They all cover for each other.
Do not do business with Absa. They will ignore you and lie to you.

Why do companies have a complaint department if they can't resolve a complaint?
Logging a complaint does not help! I still have not received feedback wrt all my questions. They send an email confirming it was investigated. It's not Absa fault and then close the complaint. Even if you send an email back to them asking for all questions to be answered, they ignore you and you never hear from them again.
I've been fighting with Absa for +-15months. Everyone will be going on holiday soon, another month wasted with no feedback.
There should be a -10 rating option for them. They don't deserve 1 star.
