ABSA ***** IS A JOKE

I wish there was a 0 star option.

ABSA ***** is the biggest joke, they are absolutely USELESS. You report ***** and then hear NOTHING, until they send you a message saying your getting a refund, and the next day another saying your case is closed... But a week and 4 phone calls after those messages you have no refund and the call center says your case is NOT closed. You can't speak to the investigator because, "They don't have phones". You can't speak to a manager, because they are NEVER available and then you just get told repeatedly that they have "escalated it to a manger" and they promise that someone will call you back...WHICH THEY NEVER DO.

Pathetic is not a strong enough word to describe the total lack of service they provide. After allowing a ****mer to ***** your money now you can't even speak to the person investigating your case and you are constantly given false information... PATHETIC
