ABSA IS A JOKE!
ABSA Home Loans is an absolute joke! I just bought a house through them and my first mortgage payment was supposed to be debited from my account on the 01/01/2020. It is now the 5th and they have still NOT done so! When I phone the ABSA Home Loans call centre they take over 45 minutes to answer my calls. After speaking to 3 agents they all tell me that I dont have a bond account or home loan with ABSA. Clearly there was a massive miscommunication problem with NGL Attorneys who did the bond transfer and ABSA!
ABSA, if this matter is not resolved in 2 days I am cancelling my bond with ABSA and I will move it to FNB who is my actual banker!
