Absa is a high bank charge nightmare!!!

Besides the rediculously high bank charges, they are a nightmare to work with in general. Their debt call center is a joke. Long waiting times and eventually when someone picks up the phone they are not useful. Spoke to some guy called Marco Martin with regards to my money being moved from my absa account into my fnb account he gave me his email address to forward my ID and the account number. Dude literally blue ticked me and is ignoring the emails. I don't know if the want me to use my last money again to wait another 45 min for them to give my money back!!!
