Absa is a *****

Let me not talk about the 1st ***** incident.. 07 September 2022 time was 04h58 am that I woke up to see a message of Online shopping of R1549.00. I called and even went to the bank the same day,then Thursday I got a message that I will be called within 2 working days but Nothing, no call from Absa,today 13 September 2022 I called them and waited long, then spoke to a lady and she said Maria will call me,till now it's 17h00 I am still waiting for the call. I am not happy and after this Case it's good bye Absa
