Absa is a *****

Absa banking is a *****! Lodged a complaint at the ***** department regarding money drawn from my credit card account.i was told this transaction was made in Pretoria while I was in Vanderbijlpark.i even have proof as I was at work and video footage will show this.and also I swiped my card after blocking at Vanderbijlpark to make sure that it was blocked also proof to show at that time I was in Vanderbijlpark not Pretoria.

Anyways they lodged the complaint but never got back to me regarding this no feedback whatsoever. And today after I called them after 25 days they said that I called them and was told this is not *****. I made no call to Absa after laying my complaint!

The representative on the call now couldn’t give me info as to when I called makes me think this could be done on the inside.how was it possible to use my cc while it was on me.and also not caring about the customers money being used **********ly while we pay so heavily for bank charges. Very unhelpful rep today at Absa leseba.
