ABSA IS A ****, DONT DEAL WITH THEM

Upon buying my vehicle from absa they offered a warranty so i took it and they said ill get debited one installment that includes the warranty and they even told me what the warranty covers so months passed and i my car has a shudder upon braking so it was time to change brakes, i know its covered because thats what i was told and i even followed and called again and they said yes for the second time my brakes are covered for X amount. Today i take my car to the shop and remove the brakes and i call them to say my car is here and i need to process the claim they say the item is not covered. So all this months of paying was for nothing, iv been **** to and ****med, very disappointing to even have this car now, they let me down in so many ways, they only tell customers stuff so they can take customers money.
