ABSA is a disgrace.

Dealing with ABSA Bank regarding Home Loans is like drawing blood from a stone!!. I have had endless hassles since March regarding a payment relief, and they have been totally useless! Each consultant has a different story, and they take money off my account when ever they choose, even though we have been told we have a payment holiday approved. I am utterly DISGUSTED by the "service" provided by absa. Not to mention how rude one of your consultants was to me over the telephone. The incompetence and sheer un-attentiveness towards your loyal clients is appalling. I will be taking this matter further, as i do not believe ABSA has treated us fairly and taken our matter seriously.
