Absa is a cursed bank

Absa is a cursed bank. They have never done anything for me and when they claim they want to, they just make things worse. Called me claim king they want to upgrade my credit card for lower interest rates. Advised them I have had bad experience and then claim they changed. I accept def and now I can't transact in my internet banking and have to go to the branch to unlock my account. I really hate this bank. When I call the upgrade department to complain the lady hung up on me. Your calls are recorded. Very professional
