ABSA is a ******* bank! *****ing money !!!

I dont even want to give 1 Star, we have been complaining to Absa and asking for a statement to show how it is possible to have paid them R24 000 and still owe R5000.00 on a R5000.00 credit card that has not been used for the last 10 years, i want to take this to the banking ombudsman but they are refusing to send any statements. We do not even have a card for this account. How much more money do you want to ***** from us.
