Absa is a bunch of useless idiots

<p>I have been to both branches in Vanderbijlpark trying to get my address information changed and after numerous times spending hours in the bank the information is still incorrect. They gave me proof that it was changed but still reflects incorrect. I have medical reasons why I cannot stand long yet the idiots will make me stand for hours only to not help me. They are a bunch of useless idiots and I will take this matter to the media. I'm done being treated like a second rate citizen just because they don't know what they are doing. ABSA GET YOUR STAFF AND BRANCHES RIGHT. I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOUR NONSENSE AND BULL. </p>
