Absa is a bunch of *******

Absa still didnt contact me after they wrote a reply to say they will sort the matter... I have been asking for the conversation recordings what i had with absa where they said no matter what they will sort my borehole. They keep telling me they will contact me but never do so its been a month now what ive been trying to get hold of management who worked with my claim... After weeks of battling with dirty mud water absa did not want to pay out the complete claim of damages caused by the theft, i found the problem, the people who absa sent to come and do the job never put the right pump on my system that is why i have been pumping out mud water... After almost R60 000 i had to spend on cleaning and reasleaving my borehole... Who is going to pay me back my money for the new pump and all the work i had to do to try and fix the problem absa created. Absa is a bunch of ******* im going to close all my accounts with them...
