Absa is a bunch of *******

I have moved about 10 Months ago away from Absa, due to High banking fees.. I was in the back a while ago, with school subsidy forms, to get a statement... They then told me that I owe them +-R5500, and that I must first pay them, that amount before I get any statement... I asked, them why I owe them so much, as I was never informed in anything about this, then the lady showed me that it is debit order from Absa, that is bouncing... The 2 debit orders is, a loan that I have with absa, and the other one is Internet Banking Fees.. I have been under debt review, for probably a year now, and the absa loan is covered by the debt review, but then to my shock, I still see that absa want to take off, debit orders, that is already payed for, but the debt review, and then adding fees for the debit order, that is bouncing... The other one is the internet banking fees.. How can they charge me for a service that I don't even use...?? After that first month, that I left Absa, my internet banking services was suspended, so I couldn't use it anymore, but they still charge me for it??

This I see as really unprofessional, since I was never informed in any way, of anything... Absa is a bunch of *******, that just want to ***** from the poor...
