Absa is a bank not for the people

We are pool association who practices the game of pool and giving the destitute and marginalized of the society a chance to play pool at the highest level. We are preparing for the national championship next month and have asked people to deposit money into our ABSA account. We need now this money to pay for our service provider as deposit for our outfits.

We are dealing with Mr Herschelle who has put a hold on our account and is extremely unhelpful at the zevenwacght mall branch. Apparently he has put a hold on the account as it has not been used for some time.

I have been asking him now for two days what he needs in terms of documents so I can bring it to him but with no response. Our executive has advised to publish our story in the news paper, we are running out of patience as the SA tournament is next month and we need our money for the outfits.
