ABSA is a bad bank

ABSA is a horrible bank their customer service is very bad. I have been with them for 15 years and the minute i lost my job they started treating me like a ********. I had a credit card, vehicle finance with them and funeral cover the loyalty goes far, but they treat their customers like they do not matter. I have tried to change debit order dates they told me it can only get changed within two months. I have tried to settle my vehicle finance account and i paid 3/4 of the money they did not allocate the money instead charged me an extra R4000 to settle the vehicle account. It is sad because i really valued the bank but it is so difficult to get anything done with them i hope the get shut down.
