ABSA is a **** and they are trying to collect fees, even *******ly

I made a payment to my personal loan account on 31st May 2023. The instalment date is also the last day of every month. When I checked the app shortly after, everything was in order and did not show that I was in arrears. On 9 June 2023, I received an SMS that Absa could not debit the full instalment, which also shows on my statement. I called ABSA and the agent was not helpful at all. In fact, he wasted my airtime. I am not going to pay the R150 missed debit order fee because 9 June is not my debit date and the app states I am not in arrears.
