Absa irresponsible with credit cards

<p>today , i called ABSA credit card division to enquire about my credit card which expires in couple of days. to my horror, the Absa employee told me that DSV delivered my card to a security gaurd near my work. and then to add salt to my wound, they had the audicity to tell me i must stop/cancel my card for which i will be held financially reponsibible. IF YOU WANT ME TO CANCEL/STOP MY CARD, THEN I WILL CLOSE DOWN MY ACCOUNTS. there are many other BANKS!!!!!!! </p>
