Absa Irene mall needs upgrade

Absa bank Irene mall has the slowest internet connection possible, a snail could walk across the screen faster than the line indicating connection. A simple request to register a new cell phone on an existing account took 4 visits and 2 days! First a power cut then the bank closed for the entire day 25th June. Next day, after 45 mins got sent home for passport after a further 20 minute wait it took half an hour to link the phone. With the high banking charges Absa uses please upgrade the Internet the delays are ridiculous.
