Absa Investigators not doing their jobs.

My account has an amount of R30800 on hold for quite a few days now.I was not notified by Absa in any way.Upon calling in the consultant could only tell me that my account has been involved in a takealot ****.She could not provide any information and there has not been an investigator assigned to the case yet. I think it's absurd that they can just hold your money hostage without notifying you.
