ABSA INVESTIGATOR KEAMOGETSE MOGWERA ABUSES POWER.

Keamogetse Mogwera,an investigator from absa has blocked my absa account completely on the 22nd of Dec.I am a trader so this means I constantly have issues and cases on my account.On this same day I had two other cases with different investigators who went above and beyond to have these cases resolved before end of business that same day.However,this particular investigator refuses to communicate and assist with this case.She does not respond to my emails.I have pleaded with her and told her that the details I was sent are incorrect and that I cannot provide proof if she does not provide the correct details.i feel that this investigator is abusing her power.I have no problem providing proof,I do it daily.I have been understanding and waited for the holidays to pass and thought she would then get back to me but she has not made any type of contact.I am unable to access any of my money and she blocked my account before I could transfer money for my family for Christmas.I work with many of absa's investigators but this is the first one who has done this and I don't see the need to have my incoming and outgoing payment blocked completely. She has caused a great loss of income for me over this past long weekend.
