Earlier today I called Absa for assistance with some internet banking issue that I had. A lady, Ms Phumzile Manana at Absa Internet Banking Services rep**** to my call. From the outset I found her to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My problem was quickly resolved due to the assistance she rendered. I really appreciate the professional manner and attitude in which she helped me.
