Dear Mr. Scheepers
Thank you for your reply.
We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused by our delay in responding to your email. We are currently experiencing extremely high email volumes.
Kindly note our forensics department has reviewed your Internet Banking profile and it shows that your PIN is revoked. Unfortunately we are unable to reset the PIN via email, the only way to have the PIN reset is by visiting the branch.
As you are currently not in the country you will need to have someone in South Africa who has Power of Attorney on your account to go on your behalf. If you does not have anyone at present that has Power of Attorney on your account you can go to the nearest South African Embassy and ask for their assistance in giving it to someone.
To safeguard client information, we have removed all personal information from the email trail.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
