Absa internet banking

I'm overseas, have been using online banking for a long time but recently I tried to use an app and it was written my online banking is blocked, I need to go to my branch with my ID. I cannot go to my branch any time soon. I emailed them and I was told it was going to be forwarded to a consultant, case no C-***5.No one contacted me
