Absa international investigation

I don’t even know where to start, I am behind with my car payments and I have paid half of the errears, but I keep harassed literally buy this people, international Investigation) not only do that tell me how much I must pay and when I constantly get threats of repossession etc although I am still making payments, I don’t know how legal their tactics are but there has been multiple times I’ve been told to stop paying and surrender my car , they come to my house unannounced and also threatening to come to my work , I am going to lay charges against them and have a protection order and further contact the ombudsman if absa doesn’t do anything about this, I have never gotten any formal documentation or have an understanding of exactly how they work, I laid a complaint and the absa only for those guys to call me and tell me they got my email from absa ? How am I being protected as a client of complaints go straight to them and they still threaten me and I won’t allow any arrangements that I make? What are todo? Absa must do better I am going to the ombudsman to further escalate this issue.
