Absa International Department is the worst department Ever
Again I'm writing about the same issue as before, it is with great sadness that I report on Absa's poor, poor service they are providing me. Although I asked Norman Nell to assist me in something that is NOT clear to me - he refuses to do so (I think the International Department is to used to everyone simply bending to their unlegislative processes).
As someone who invests money through Absa in South Africa (every month) (I guess I'm one of only a few people). I also have 3 bonds with Absa, and in the process of transferring a fourth now - Absa still does not value me at all.
I hope you as Absa look at yourself in a very clear way. It is almost 3 months now that I'm struggling to get this sorted out. My telephone number was sent to Norman (although it is on record, he still needed it to be sent to him, in a nice little package, because it was too much work for him to look it up), I asked him to schedule an appointment with me. I'm so unimportant to him and to ABSA I assume, that after 6 days he couldn't even be bothered to email me (perhaps too much of an effort). Even if he said "I don't care about you" (I wouldn't have been happy with this, but it would have been something), nope the International Department does nothing, I hear nothing, I see nothing. Shame on you ABSA, shame on you!
I need however to give at least a special thanks to Basani Hlungwane, she has at least tried, for the right department to contact me. Basani your international department is doing nothing. Please provide me with the ombudsman details, I need to make an official complaint against Norman Nell, and the International Department.
Trust you find the above in order.
