Absa insured vehicle twice at owners expence

Absa vehicle finance requested confirmation of vehicle insurance as it is required in the agreement that the vehicle should be insured while being paid. All required information was sent. they complained that they are unable to link to the documents sent to my profile due to the fact that the ID number provided on my document does not appear on their systems. I explained that the insurance is under my wife's name who is a regular driver of the car. They went ahead and took insurance for the vehicle and now it is insured twice under one service provider Hollard. The instalment for insurance is deducted from the monthly car payments. Absa acted negligently and they do not care about me as a customer they should have considered confirmation of insurance as it is for the car regardless of who is paying insurance instalment the fact is that, the vehicle is insured. Absa should payback the money it was for the car not insurance as the vehicle is insured. Proof of communication between myself and Absa is available to show that confirmation was provided when it was requested.
