Absa Insurance your contractors are *********** !

I am extremely disappointed with Absa insurance and will be moving my insurance to someone that does not actually ******* their clients . I reported a leak in my geyser with Absa Insurance recently . Upon my lodging the claim I was advised that the geyser was still under warranty as I had lodged a claim not so long ago . Absa sent me the same contractor that did the geyser . I was however extremely shocked when I was required to pay access again for work done improperly ! If the geyser was still under warranty and if the contractor had initially done an improper job then why would my bank still insist I pay an access again ? Clearly Absa does not value my business . Extremely disappointed .
