Absa Insurance worst possible insurance in the world

We had a massive rain storm end of 2015 and Absa Insurance company sent contractors to fix our roof. They messed up so badly that they had to come back 8 time to try to mix the mess. After that it was still not resolved and we then put in a complaint with Absa. They basically told us that its not their problem anymore. We went to the Insurance Ombud who ordered an independent assessor to come out. He has given in his report and recommendations more than a month ago. We are still to hear anything from Absa. 2 Years to sort out a claim?! Plus when i asked Absa for the Ombud details on Facebook they called me to call the call center.
