ABSA Insurance wont pay

I have been with ABSA for many years and have 4 business account with ABSA. After the big storms in December roof started to leaked and damaged the wooden floors. Reported it in January to ABSA insurance After months with constant follow up there final decision was that they wont pay out to repair the roof due to faulty product according to the inspector ( that didn't even climb on the roof to do a proper study ) and no reason till today as to why they wont pay out for the wooden floors. I asked for a full report ( as im entitled to ) as to why they declined the claims and ABSA don't want to give me, they just ignoring me and brushing it under the floor. I will advise all individual and companies do not take building insurance with ABSA as they will find any reason not to pay without and leave you in the dark. I will to everything in my power to move all personal and business accounts away from ABSA. If you don't help me I wont help you!
